Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery is a two years full time regular diploma programme. It deals with the field of nursing and healthcare.

The programme focuses on the development and training of students and makes them capable of working as basic health workers into the nurses that can easily look after on healthcare of patients, rehabilitation and treatment of patients, awareness about prevention and treatment from various diseases, maintaining good health of public and society. Special focus is given to pursue practice in the rural area for the treatment of children, women and old aged people.
